Free solo album from Michael

A few months ago I saw the film Into The Wild. It was amazing so I bought the book. That was also amazing. Something in me stirred and I came upon the idea to write songs inspired by the film and book. Writen in 2 days (4 hours a day), my own solo album is kind of an experiment. Some of the songs are only really short ditties, it's no masterpeice but it wasn't about being mixed and mastered to perfection, it's about getting what touched me so much with the film and book, out in music.

On the band front, we hooked up last night and ended up recording the majority of a new song. Thats one song pretty much done, with last nights song about 75% recorded. In the next few gigs we are going to play a few new ones. Roundabouts, one of the new songs, has been played for a good 3 months now so we aim to get proberbly 2 new ones in for either the gig at The Jolly Colliers or if not then definately the Barwell gig on Feb 11th.
